The Venue at Evans Orchard Wedding Rentals

Access from 9am-midnight (Sundays vary)

Events must end at 11pm.

All wedding rentals include the following:

Private use of facility and grounds including catering kitchen and temperature-controlled restrooms
Beautifully decorated temperature controlled bridal suite and silo groom suite.
Access for bridal party photos in the orchard
200 brown wooden garden chairs for ceremony or reception
200 Gold Chiavari Chairs with ivory cushions (indoor and patio use only)
25 - 5ft round tables
8 – 6ft banquet tables
2 - 4ft tables
Sweetheart table
Furniture placement for reception and ceremony
TV for picture slideshow (must provide phone or tablet)
Pre-strung string lights inside barn and over patio
Up to 2 site visits with The Venue Event Manager
Engagement Photography Session (must be scheduled in advance)

Open Vendor Policy

Every party needs good food & something to drink! Evans Orchard does not cater this space. Therefore we invite you to choose a professional, insured caterer that suits your needs. Need suggestions? We're happy to offer guidance!

Bar Service

The Venue at Evans Orchard offers full-bar service for all events. Any & all alcohol must be purchased through the venue and is not included in the rental rates listed above. Choose from a menu of popular choices or create a menu and a signature cocktail just for you! We handle everything- purchasing, bartenders, disposables (or glassware), ice, garnishes, water station, and signage. We also offer fun drink options and "stock the fridge" for all of your pre-ceremony sipping. Our Evans Orchard Cider Mimosas are a delicious way to start the day!

Additional Furniture and Decor Rental Options

More and more couples are looking for ways to reduce expenses and stress with wedding planning. On top of that, many realize that they don't really have use for table numbers, reserved signs, and 120 candle holders after their wedding and don't want to sell items for nickels after the fact!

The Venue at Evans Orchard offers packages and a la a carte rental options to style your wedding. Our decor inventory is curated to provide the "basics" for many table centerpieces and decor throughout our barn and outdoor ceremony space. We offer decor and additional furniture as add-on options because styles and wedding sizes vary. More details here.
